This is very important , time-sensitive registration information for Grade 11/12 high school volleyball leagues .
You are receiving this email because you were listed as either the 2008 Athletic Director or Senior Boys or Girls Volleyball Coach for your school. If you are no longer the Athletic Director or Senior Coach PLEASE forward this information to the appropriate person. Once the registration procedures are completed on Wednesday, September 16th only current coaches and Athletic Directors will receive information from the Fraser Valley Volleyball Commission (via the website). You do not need to send something asking to be deleted from our mailing list, it will happen automatically.
- Registration - Complete 2009 registration information is listed on the home page of the Fraser Valley Volleyball Commission website. www.fvvc.bc.ca It is mandatory that each school that plans to have a team(s) in senior volleyball leagues this fall register in person on Wednesday, September 16th at one of 4 sites. Please encourage your coaches to go to the website and review the registration procedures for this year. www.fvvc.bc.ca
- New for 2009 – League Registration Form Schools must download the form, complete it with accurate information and have it signed by the school principal. The League Registration Form MUST be brought to one of the 4 registration sites on September 16th . Schools that do not have all the information filled out accurately, or who come without the form signed by the principal will be fined $100.
- The League Handbook for Coaches and Athletic Directors has been updated. Please encourage coaches to log on to the website and download the 2009 LEAGUE HANDBOOK. Policies, procedures, rules, important dates, etc are covered in the handbook.
